My Course List

Students have direct access to their full course histories including quiz grades, performance statistics, and completed and in-progress course lists.  This level of visibility helps students gauge their own progress in achieving short and long term learning goals outlined by the user's organization.

After the completion of each lesson, a set of content quizzes are proposed to the student to evaluate the effectiveness of the training. Mainly presented as multiple choice questions, the Pavia Systems tests are very useful tools to measure employees’ knowledge, skills and abilities.
Students can immediately verify the level and quality of learning and focus on their weakest areas, if any. Company course administrators can rely on these tests to track employee performance as well as review the learning history of each individual.

Certificates

Certificates of completion are made available for students after successfully meeting the completion requirements for each course.

Blended Learning

Blended learning modules combine traditional classroom training aspects with online methods to deliver a more social and interactive learning experience: in some cases, organizations choose to supplement the online training with an in-class component to further extend concepts conveyed through e-learning; in others, additional collaborative tools such as discussion forums and workshop modules help creating a virtual classroom to facilitate open, interactive discussions. 

Content Management

In the event organizations create own custom training content, Pavia Systems On Ramp offers the capability to archive, manage, and track digital media that are to be delivered through the training portal.
In blended learning approaches, the Content Management module becomes useful to store, manage and deliver several types of content, such as in-class handouts, presentation soft-copies, audio or video lesson recordings, etc.

Employee Management and Administration Tools

Each company has the ability to fully manage its employee training through the On Ramp Admin Portal.  Complete employee course history is available through an intuitive online interface.  Employee performance is tracked and reported as well as course statistics including course time tracking and quiz attempt records.

Localization & Multi-lingual support

Pavia Systems On Ramp offers a built-in support for many languages such as Spanish, Italian, French and German. Multi-lingual support allows distributing exactly the same type of content independent of the language and geographical differences of employees. Therefore, leveraging the unified training offer from Pavia Systems, organizations ensure the consistency of messages, knowledge and skills, fundamentally required to build interchangeable workgroups.

Standards Compliant   

Compliance with standards is critical in e-learning deployments to ensure compatibility and interoperability between various training content providers. Pavia Systems On Ramp is designed to support the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) standard. Relying on standardization, Pavia Systems can be transparently utilized to host the complete training program of an organization, including third-party learning content.
