HeadLight, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) inspection platform, compiles photo-driven direct input from project inspectors on the job in real-time and is designed “exclusively for transportation construction agencies to gain easier, more effective and less-costly ways” for in-the-field project inspection and verification.

“I am absolutely honored to be joining the HeadLight family,” Merrill said. “HeadLight is a great example of an e-Construction provider that builds technology in collaboration with its customers and the opportunity to help drive the strategy from a customer impact perspective was extremely appealing to me. I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth and success bringing much needed innovation to the industry.”
